At Afreebmart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind when shopping with us.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Perishable goods must be returned within 24 hours of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods that have been opened or consumed
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact us through your account dashboard or email support@afreebmart.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Approval

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Step 3: Return Shipping

We will provide you with a return shipping label. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them back to the vendor.

Step 4: Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • Return shipping will be covered by us for damaged or defective items
  • Priority processing will be given to damaged item claims

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again - it may take time for the refund to post
  • Contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank - there is often processing time before a refund is posted
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@afreebmart.com

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Some vendors may have their own return policies that differ from our standard policy. These vendor-specific policies will be clearly displayed on the product page. Please review them before making a purchase.
